Telstra exorbitant charges that we were not told about

We moved too a new suburb and took our Telstra service with us. They sent a specialist too our property who plugged a modem into the wall in 5 minutes and charged us $250 because it's a "specialised service". Absolutely no one in all our conversations or transcripts ever mentioned this price too us. Moving is expensive enough without being charged obscene prices for a minor job. My partner spoke with a consultant yesterday who agreed with him about the excessive charge but still no one wants too so anything about it. we are so highly disappointed.

Hello again,

If "all else" fails in your endeavours, and you are still dissatisfied, as a last resort you can ring 132200 and say "complaint"

which will take you to a higher level of customer service.
