Telstra has failed to provide an online bill for me to pay my account. 3 calls to Telstra, no help

Answered

I noticed my online bill was overdue so I rang Telstra on Monday and was promised the bill would be sent to my existing E-mail (service officer stated my account had an unknown E-mail attached to my account). I re-confirmed my existing E-mail and I waited the 24 hour turn around as promised. On Wednesday I rang again asking for my account to be sent to my E-mail and again promised it would take 24 hours for the bill to be sent. Nothing received and I phoned again on Thursday and this time I was informed I would be sent a notice of notification that my stated E-mail was correct and once I provided a response I would receive my bill. It is now Friday and I have received nothing. Can anyone advise what I can do to resolve the incompetency I am experiencing

The simplest way to get a copy of the bill initially would be to log in via https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/home and click on the Download Bill link on the right side of the screen.

Then lodge a formal complaint via https://say.telstra.com.au/customer/general/forms/Email-Complaint so that someone can be allocated to investigate why your email bill settings are not working correctly.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
