Telstra not doing its job right

Have rung telstra 3 times to fix up their over charging of my account. Each time they say they have fixed the $250 charged for a call out. They admitted that they should not have, so froze my account while they fixed it  I have overdue bill with late fees. Spoke again yesterday and told my bill will be fixed and new bill emailed. Once again nothing. Pick up your game Telstra.

Have you lodged a formal complaint via https://telstra.com/complaints ?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
