Can someone please advise how i can transfer ownership of an additional email address mailbox that was set up on my account 10+ years ago to another Telstra Bigpond account?
Please note that it is not the primary mailbox for my account, it is just an additional mailbox that was set-up for $1/mth.
The additional mailbox was created for my daughter who has since grown up and has her own Telstra account and services and does not want to lose her email address in the event that I no longer require my Telstra account and services.
generally you need to fill out a Change of ownership form (CHOWN). Generally the easiest place to do this is in a Telstra Shop and they shoot it away for you and can sight your ID. You will require your details and the details of the owner of the other account (Even if it is yourself)
