Unable to update address

I have been trying to update my address for over a week but that area of "my account" seems to be broken.

 

When I call I get a recording telling me to go to "my account" on the internet.

 

If you are going to direct customers to internet services, at least make sure they work!

I just tried and it was working for me.

 

What message was the site giving you?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Hey WadeG,

I have also been unable to replicate the issue. May I ask what operating system and browser you were using? If there is an issue I need to pass this information onto the team that will fix it.

 

Were you able to replicate the problem in another browser?

I am using Windows 10 and have tried both Microsoft and Firefox browsers.

 

I get the same issues.

Thanks WadeG, can you please clear the browsing history, cache, cookies etc back to scratch in firefox and try again? I have used Chrome, Edge and Firefox without issue.
