I believe my internet is being slowed when I have used half my limit. how can i prove this?

Firstly, what's the speed you are receiving now, and what were you receiving previously?

Also, it may just be that there is a problem in your area causing the slow speeds. If you Private Message me your postcode or pop it in a reply if you don't mind people seeing the postcode, I can check if there are any reported problems.
