If you are on one of the old plans that have been removed, then you automatically get migrated to the closest value plan.

 

You may have reached a point where it is more cost effective to either go on to a PrePaid plan or have a look at the https://www.belong.com.au/mobile/plans (Telstra's little sibling) offers, which are tailored to lower income/lower use customers.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
