Why do I get this silly message - Subject: Telstra Bill - Arrival Notification - then the next day I get - Your new Telstra bill for account 2000*****7710 is attached. - Just send me the bill not all the other rubbish. Also stop telling me to go onto direct debit when I already am.

I receive my bill by email and I've never received an Arrival Notification the day before the actual bill arrives.
Are you sure that the Arrival Notification is real and not a spam message? What is the email address that it is coming from?
