I currently have a very serious issue and dont know how to do with it.
The account name of the telstra internet is not under my name, it is under the previous tenant who has been back to his country for 3 years. Before he leave, he just gave me his username and password, so that I just continue paying the bills and using the internet. Everything is fine until recently the internet has problems, very slow and the account is suspended also. Then I realised that I cannot do anything with it, because I am neither the account holder nor the authorised person. The account holder is not my friend, we just used to be flatmates. So i am not sure if I can get his contacts.
