Hi my phone was surpose to be reconnected today and it hasnn't i can recieve calls and text messages but can't ring or send texts or internet can you help

You would need to speak to the accounts team. You can do that online via chat at http://telstra.com.au/chatnow/landing/

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
