calls

I am getting computor phone calls to say that my internet is going to be disconnected. I have checked my billing on my telstra account and the last bill that I paid was to be paid on the 14th january  and they said that it had been paid for.

whats going on.

It does sound like you have encountered a scam call. In these cases, we recommend customers hang up the call and do not follow any instructions provided by the person on the phone.

It's a scam call.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
