changes to Mobile plans

We have 2 Mobiles
One is on Telstra Mobile Member Plan $30 month to be increased to $35 18/8/2019

Another one on Go Mobile BYO Plan $35 less $10 thus paying $25 month to be increased on
26/8/2019 and moved to the Mobile Plan Extra Small.

My request is - are there alternative CHEAPER Plans for our 2 Mobiles that only use the phone service.
WHICH HAVE MINISCULE USAGE. and do NOT WANT MOBILE DATA

YOUR REPLY WOULD BE APPRECIATED BEFORE OUR NEXT BILL, DUE 25/8/2019.

Re: changes to Mobile plans

Hi @ssyl

Have you considered switching to a prepaid service?

While our Long Life Plus option may suit, I'd suggest looking at the Prepaid Max here as this includes unlimited calls and texts to standard Australian numbers.

There are $30 options that last 28 days or there's an option to pay $300 per year which if you divide that amount by 12, would be $25 per month but keep in mind you would have to pay the full $300 upfront.

If you'd like to discuss options, one of our staff members available via the paths ProfessorPhone suggested will be able to help you further.
