Re: direct deposit

If you were wanting to manually pay your bill, you can cancel your current direct debit online via MyAccount - http://tel.st/myacc - you can make payments onto your bill using BPay if you wanted to do it via your bank, or can be done as a direct debit on demand, by card, or by paypal on the pay now screen.

If you are in credit on the account and are wanting the excess to be transferred to you, the billing team can arrange that for you on 13 22 00 or on Live Chat - http://tel.st/livechat/

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
