This can't be done through Crowdsupport because this is a public forum where it's mainly customer's helping other customer's...we don't have access to your Account .

 

You'll need to contact Telstra Billing on 132200 or you can try Live Chat.

In future, don't post personal details like your full name, date of birth and mobile phone number.

Crowdsupport is viewed worldwide and you'll end up getting stranger's contacting you (and your Mother).

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
