Sounds like you've incurred an excess data fee, in which case Telstra has a complete right to.
If this isnt the case, can you check your bill and see what the extra $10 is for? On an itemised bill it will show individual charges
It could be that they were on one of the 1800 or so grandfathered plans that have now been migrated to one of the new plans.
@moneygrabbers you should have received notification about the plan change about a month or so ago.
If you are unhappy with the new plan that you have been placed on, then you can change plans if you wish.
If you find that the new plans are too expensive for your budget or needs, have a look at the plans offered by Belong. They cater mainly for people who don't use a large amount of data.
