my billing is not correct,

Hi Team,

 I'm using telstra more than a year, but now I received an email which is saying my account is overdue, It shows some amounts While I paid before,

 I tried to find someone in telstra to check the reason but I couldn't,

 There is no Email address to ask them some questions,

 

 I will appreciate if someone let me know how to contact Telstra and solve this issue,

The billing team should be able to assist. For ADSL, Cable and Mobile services you'll need to call 13 22 00 or for NBN services you'll need to call 1800 834 273
For Official Support start a Secure Chat , try the Online Troubleshooter, Outage Check or Complaint.
