I paid my last month bill 2 weeks ago today day I paid for this month $195.00 why was I charged for 2 months I have really had enough of Telstra lying to me I was told that my bill would only be $79.00 a month i have COPD emphysema now that I have lost the money to pay for my medication I would like to see how I can get out of Telstra a lot has been said about Telstra I will contact ACA for help

We don't know why you were charged that as we do not have access to account & billing information.

You will need to call either 132200 or try http://livechat.telstra.com to query your bill.

 

Although, thinking about it, if you only paid your last bill 2 weeks ago, then the current bill probably included the overdue amount from your last bill as well. Your last payment may not have registered in the system before the current bill was generated.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
