phone has been disconnected

hi,
my phone has been disconnected because I've been late with my phone bill which is understandable. but is it possible for it to be reconnected and I am able to pay my bill on Thursday this week. I will also pay any costs that it takes to reconnect it. i desperately need my phone for work as I get called for shifts because I'm on call all the time. I need to return a few calls too but I can't at the moment. so would it be possible for my phone to be reconnected? thank you

You will need to contact billing on 132200, but I doubt they will reconnect you before the outstanding amount has been repaid.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

if I pay it today will my phone be reconnected as soon as I pay? my job involves me taking calls and returning calls and it's been affecting my work the last two days and it's getting serious now. please can someone help me get an answer?

Hi darragh93, if you pay the full amount outstanding then they can arrange the removal of the restrictions while on the call. As well as the 13 22 00 number you can also get in touch with the teams via Live Chat.

I paid my bill last night. Could my phone please be reconnected. I'm. At work so i can't actually call telstra because my phone isn't connected. I seriously need it connected. I'm paying for a phone that isn't even connected. Please just connect it I've paid what i was supposed to do now reconnect it please
