reconnect my phone


My phone bill was overdue so my phone got suspended. I just paid the bill. How long do i wait until my service will get switched on?

If you have made a payment then depending on how you made the payment it can take up to days before that is reflected on the account. For example BPay payments can take 3-5 days in some cases.

Due to the delay you can actually report a payment which will trigger the service restoration for you. You can report a payment by entering your details here:

Once you have reported a payment it says unless you have Foxtel to expect it should be back up within 2 hours in most cases, but if it isn't back up after a few hours I would give billing a call on 132200 and say "Billing" and get them to look into it for you.
