Had no coverage within township, for 2 weeks, came on last nite approx. 8 pm, have been using landline which, is more expensive, on the Telstra program we are on, this has happened before, and told would be compensated, nothing was forth coming. Never used this method before,and get no sense, when going thro phone.

You should be entitled for a compensation if its proven by the Technical/Fault Team that you've experience coverage issue in the given days.

Best thing would be if you contact 13 22 00 and ask for a Mobile Billing Department. They should be able to contact the Technical Team to verify the issue.
