When trying to login to my Telstra account using Firefox or I.E. I get a message stating that the Security Certificate is invalid and/or expired , and I am excluded .For a company the size of Telstra , this is ludicrous .

Recently we downgraded our home bundle plan from 500 GB per month to 200 GB pm as we do not  use the internet sparingly. However after the change the download speeds dropped from 113Mbps to 33 Mbps.What is the rationale?
