Data Usage

I have had a large data usage on the 9th December. Is there a way of checking exactly what download it was??

Hi Vanessa28 and welcome to Crowd Support.

Currently there is no way for Telstra to provide you with the information you are seeking. The best they can do is tell you approximately when and how much data was used. You would need to monitor what is the culprit of the usage on your own equipment I'm afraid.
