Connect a single computer via a cable to the modem, do the drop outs still happen?
If a Telstra Tech has said no fault found, then it may be an issue either with your internal cabling, or with your modem.
we've had the same problem, except that it is happening now to 7 of our sites in VIC and the number is increasing.
All telstra support can do is sending people on site only to find that nothing is wrong at the MDF.
Of course they can't find anything wrong at mdf because the network drops out after 30 mins and no tech will be willing to sit there for 30mins and wait for it to drop out.
This prob started since early last week
