Placed order for internet connection on 16 Feb. Received text 16 Feb check your order on line. So far nothing. I live on the Mid North Coast NSW. Can anyone tell me how long it takes to modem and connection. Thanks Bob

No surprise nothing has happened - all the Telstra staff have been offshored. Now if your connection was in Manilla they could help you, mid north coast NSW, suggest you use an Australian based company
