Can anyone tell me why I have a huge discrepancy between speeds on Tesltra Speedtest and Ookla?
My NBN internet seems to be slow. Only 1 device being used. This is a business account and reasonable speed is important to my business.
Testra test is telling me 6.4 Mbps Download and 13.2 Mbps Upload Ping 9ms
Ookla results are 36.54 Mbps Download and 18.6 Mbps Upload Ping 8ms

Which server are you connecting to for each of the tests?
This could be the reason for such a large difference.
Make sure that both servers are as close to your location as possible, and you may need to run multiple tests to get a better understanding.
