RE How to set up a pernament redirect, was on now off after NBN

hI ahd a start up office, when moved couldnt take the number with me to new exchange, there was supposed to be a pernament re-direct of rthe number to the number, but appears to fall off, cant fidn a number to phone, only to get through and just get sent instructions - It was done at the exchange

I'd give NBN Assurance a call on 1800 834 273, Option 3.

 

That said, the NBN and FTTN in particular are new territory for everyone, it is just possible this is not a problem that has been solved yet.
