Re: Why can i not find my computer

I belive I may be able to help, but first:

Is your website nswems.com hosted on your computer?

Thanks,
Mark

Re: yes it is

nswems.com is trying to access the IP address 120.154.106.219.

I just need to to see if your IP address is 120.154.106.219. You can check it at place's like http://cmyip.com/

Make sure that you can access your website localy, such as http://localhost/ and http://127.0.0.1/ .

Thanks,
Mark

Re: yes it is

no the ip address is different. i have had a chat with tech support who have told thatthe port should now open as the account has been set to telstra.externet.

at this point of time the instructions on how to setup port forwarding on a aircard 760s with a aircard hub is sadly lacking

the program i am running is a cad system and needs to have port 80 and 443 open

i am in the waiting for tech support again so i hope i can get some answers

Many thanks

Richard

Re: yes it is

Hello,

If your domain is trying to access the IP Address 120.154.106.219.

If 120.154.106.219 isn't your IP, then I belive your static IP has changed.

You will most likly need to change the nameservers of your domain, to match your current static IP.

Thanks,
Mark
