The guy I was forwarded to was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY Rude, continuously spoke over me then when I have him an example of how I've been understanding regarding Telstra... He started speaking over me and said I need to speak to someone else to vent..... (Wth?) I wasn't rude nor spoke in a manner that might come across rude.. After telling me he'll get someone I can vent to to call me back he just rushed off the phone... (Hung up)
