Level 1: Cadet


We have transferred from another Internet provider over 6 months ago but retained the email address with them. Over the last month, we have been receiving messages to say that our email is full, we have deleted HEAPS of emails but still receive the message.  Is it a telstra problem or do we contact the previous internet provider as we still have our email with them??  Love to have some advice thanks

If the email address is still with them and that is the email address that you are having issues with then it is going to be something that you would have to take up with the previous provider as it is their email system that you would be using and as such are the only one who can troubleshoot it.
