We have a pretty big account with Telstra and on one line I have is a BusinessLine Max. I would have thought that it would come with free caller ID but apparently not.
I was on chat yesterday but had to give up in the end due to time, and I am currently on chat again asking the same question but he cannot find the number to answer this simple question. At least I would assume its simple as you go Business Line Max does or does not include caller ID!
Anyway I am putiing it to crowd support in the hope that someone may know before I again give up due to frustration or time. I just ended chat as they still did not have an answer. How do you run a business and have the time to wait while they attempt to answer a question.
