Mobile handset lease plans - still available in-store anywhere?

It looks like Telstra has rolled out new mobile plans today and there is no longer an option to lease the mobile handset and upgrade each year. I was looking to upgrade my handset to Samsung S10+ on the $129 monthly lease plan (160GB) but that option is no longer available today online. Are there any Telstra Business stores still able to provision the lease plans and also sell $5 data sim cards? My current phone (Telstra Personal lease plan) is 12 months old and I was planning to upgrade last week to Telstra Business. Kicking myself that I didn't find the time! The new plans are not the same value for money.

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Mobile handset lease plans - still available in-store anywhere?

Lease Plans do not exist any more, so none of the stores will be able to sign you up to one.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
