By standard voice on Telstra nbn is provided via Telstra’s Next Generation Calling (voip) system via the Telstra Gateway.
On Fixed Wireless you may be able to retain the traditional copper voice service but it would need to be requested with sales at time of the order being placed and I believe has certain limitations on when it can be offered.
