We currently have 2 numbers on Telstra's Business Fleet Connect $45 plan with $30/month for two phones. So basically that is $75/month for each number. Because we make a lot of phone calls every month, the $45 call allowance does not cover much and we end up paying $130 for each number ($260 in total) every month, on average. And because we don't pay for calls made from the landline, we use the landline whenever it is possible to return calls. There must be a way to solve this as we can only make a 4-minute phone call for free every day. That is just not enough for a business account.
One of the numbers have 3 months left on the contract and the other one has 10 months left on the contract. We are just wondering whether there is anything we can do to improve the current situation as we are stuck with this plan because of the contract and we are basically paying extra for every phone call we make.
