So was about to upgrade our Apple Watches from the original to Watch 3 but after doing some reading and investigation you can only use One Number if you have a 13 digit account number.

What about business customers? Is there a solution or workaround

Has anyone yet had success with getting the One Number service up and running. I was told on 24x7 & the phone that the "Back of house" team can actually do it on a workaround. Edit: I have a 10 digit account number
