Adding a Apple Volume Purchase Program Licence to T-MDM

Hi just wondering if anyone else is experiencing a problem trying to add a purchased order to T-MDM.  The file has been downloaded in xls format from Apple but when trying to upload the file T-MDM closes and goes back to the log in screen.

Have tried this process in both IE and Firefox with the same results. It is not a permissions issue in T-MDM as this is happening in the Company Administrator account.

Have checked the process with airwatch support and we are doing nothing wrong it just seems that T-MDM is not allowing the upload.

Any ideas to what we are missing would be helpful.

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

I have followed up with the support team for T-MDM for you and they have advised that we will need to look into this for you directly.

Can you contact them on wireless@team.telstra.com so that we can have this matter followed up for you?

Re: Adding a Apple Volume Purchase Program Licence to T-MDM

Hi an update to this issue.  After the recent upgrade of AirWatch to version 7 for the T-MDM this feature now works perfectly for us and we are able to upload purchases made through Apple's VPP.
