Have redeemed one drive offer but still says I only have 5gb of storage. Where do I access the extra storage ?

One drive is a cloud service they may not have swapped you over to the up grade space requirements or their was a error in the details provided or just a techiqual hitch preventing it showing.

 

i usually allow 7 to 8 days for accounts details to be record and the computers DHCP server that handles it to be configured.
