Existing CrowdSupport Users who login with Facebook Connect

In November the way you log in to CrowdSupport is changing.  All users of CrowdSupport will need to log in using a Telstra credential.

 

If you’re a member who uses the Facebook Connect login, this affects you. Prior to the change over you will have to :

 

1. Register with Telstra*

 

2. If you’re already registered with Telstra:

  • Private message a community manager (MattD or Yannick) and they'll link your accounts

 

* You do not need a Telstra service to register for CrowdSupport.
