Faulty device

Hi,

I purchased wireless headphones from a Testra store.

The headphones were damaged and I exchnaged them a few days later. Unfortunatley the attendant who exchnaged the device did not give me a receipt for either products.

The new headphones do not recognise my mobile device and I would like to get either another exchange or a refund but now I do not have the receipt.

Is there anything I can do?

Cheers

Re: Faulty device

Good evening,

If you paid for them on your credit card, show them the charge on your phone or bank printout.

If you paid  in cash, try to visually identify the sales person and tell them what day if they were on shift, or offer to provide a statutory declaration. Speak to the senior store manager

If I have been of assistance, a Kudos would be most appreciated.
