Telstra- Complaint No. SR-1-908006933055. Still waiting for Telstra to address my complaints. I was on the phone 3 times and still going in circles. Why amI paying $259 pm. I called again today and after 35 mins , a retention team member disconnected the call. We should be shouting out for a Royal Commission investigation to the practice of the deceptive practice of telco companies .
