Misleading & Deception Conduct

Telstra- Complaint No. SR-1-908006933055. Still waiting for Telstra to address my complaints. I was on the phone 3 times and still going in circles. Why amI paying $259 pm. I called again today and after 35 mins , a retention team member disconnected the call. We should be shouting out for a Royal Commission investigation to the practice of the deceptive practice of telco companies .

A complaints manager will normally get in contact with you within 5 business days of you lodging your complaint.

A Telstra staff member will be able to send your case manager a message to request that they get in contact with you, but that is about all that can be done via this forum.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

If you have not heard from a case manager within 5 - 7 working days since lodging the complaint, please contact us on 13 22 00 and we can get this followed up on.
