Rang Telstra to disconnect a service to my watch, it took over 1 hour and 45 minutes to achieve. Ist Representative had no idea what I was talking about and kept insisting my account number, had no idea of what I was asking. 2nd call Same same, 3rd call same same, 4th call same same 5th call I get a young guy who still had no idea what he was doing and was quire the smart arse about, asked to speak to supervisor would not put me through.
First 4 Representatives were of Indian origin very hard to understand, one in particular was quite aggressive, an hour after I spoke to this person he rang me back from a Private number and when I answered he called me racist and Aussie scum, now I know it was the same guy.
Then for 2 hours I kept getting Reverse call calls that wanted me to accept a reverse charge on my mobile, I declined this kept going for an hour and half.
I then received another call from the same guy from Telstra and yes it was the same Telstra representative I spoken to earlier.
When is it ok for Telstra to allow it workers to harass a customer just because I said I can’t understand you can I speak to someone I could understand, he gets shirty and I hand up.
Your a national disgrace Telstra your service is below par and as soon as NBN come to my address it will be adios Telstra. Disgrace Telstra and Disgrace.

There is no acceptable reason for anyone to be abusive.
I would suggest, lodging an official complaint. Explain the situation, and let them know, they should be able to have the call reviewed to hopefully improve their service.
Previously worked with a Telstra Partner however I am not a Telstra Employee, just a fellow customer helping when I can.
