I have a telstra samsung s8 and my Colleague also has the same. i have Rich communications services turned on, they do not.
I sent a picture which says it has been sent. however they did not receive it.
I switched RCS off on my phone and resent the picture, which they then received.
my question is if they turn the service on, will they receive the picture again?
i read on the FAQ's that
"Undelivered RCS File Transfers are stored and forwarded when you’re back online "
but it said its status was sent, not undelivered.
can anyone confirm this?
