Sound not syncing with Telstra TV pictures

Sound doesn't match lips or Foley noises. We use a sound bar but have no troubles with TV, direct app usuage (e.g. Netflix) or other HDMI connected devices. Only happens when using any of the apps in Telstra TV especially watching catch up TV (e.g. 7plus).

I am sorry to hear of the Telstra TV sound issues, give our team a call on 133 933 and say 'Telstra TV' over the menu and we will investigate.
