<deleted implied swearing> is THE SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVATED ONLINE ?

As above. Absolute gutful. Can send mms sometimes. Sometimes not. Hours on chat and phone has solved nothing. Telstra wabt the bill paid. No problem, if they provide service, as contractual agreement. But no. They failed.
So anyone have any idea, <deleted implied swearing> is the issue, coz these guys dont.

I own a business. If there is an issue with client, i resolve. I don't refer them to a forum, so other strangers can guess a solution. I'm going to escalate this, because .. Well.....this is BS
