There appears to be no such area. That is, there's a "community feedback & discussion" button in the Telstra crowdsupport website area, and there is only a 'button' for asking a question, which isn't exactly - 'community feedback & discussion'. I'm thinking that whoever designed the web structure should get in there and set up the appropriate links - so that if it says 'community feedback & discussion', then make sure it goes to a feedback & discussion area for users to submit a feedback topic, rather than leading to an area that does not have a button that allows a user to start a feedback and discussion topic. "Ask a Question" does not mean 'start a feedback discussion".
