Mobile number ported for the second time, help! I need to report to Telstra. I am overseas.
Help Telstra! I am currently on holidays overseas and my mobile number has been ported out for the second time in 2 years. I now have no access to emails or can’t phone out or receive calls. What am I to do?
Livechat is your best option. Use a browser other than Safari and once the initial page opens, click on the 3 dots at the top or bottom of your browser screen to open the options and tell your browser to "Request Desktop Site" (assuming on a mobile device).
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
