Mobile phone plans and international call rates

Hi Telstra,

Recently I had a lengthy 45 min chat with Telstra billing team regarding international call charges on my mobile plan and even after they confirmed on phone that the call charges shall be reversed, I have n't seen this mentioned in their email to me. What is the purpose of the email to customers if the email does not include the content of discussions? It is important that Telstra make thier email process transparent and effective and capture the content of discussions in email.
