Hi. First crowd source message. Apologgies if it seems a bit lame. Just wondering how many other NBN / Telstra customers had their NBN / Tesltra interent connect disconnected the Friday before Christmas, 22nd December....? Being Sonos user, no music, TV not connected, etc etc,... After hours of discussion in broken English... with Telstra (Name, DOB, Modem Serial Number.... ) a visit from Telstra technician.... squabbling between Telstra & NBN.... nothing. Computer says “No...” Inital resolution date 28th December, nothing. New resolution date 2nd January, 2018. We can hardly wait. It is a disgrace. The Dude.
