My Commonwealth Bank card details have been fraudulent used to purchase 'Telstra Online Billpay'. Who do I need to pass on this information to at Telstra? Is there a email address to write to or a direct contact number to call please? The bank card has now been cancelled/stopped by the bank and I have reported the issue online to ACSC (Australian Cyber Security Centre) via www.cyber.gov.au who also notify Queensland Police.

The best channel to go through would be complaints as the transaction will not be traceable by the frontline consultants.
Can someone give me an update on this case? I have had $1000 come out of my account on 3 seperate transactions from this
