I keep getting a call on my landine from a Telstra voice mail thing saying: "This is not a telemarketer, if this is (then an asian female voice says "my name") to confirm press 1". Then it wants me to punch in my DOB? so I hang up. Is this a scam or what?? Seems a bit sus..
.. I've never heard of such a procedure but If you are in the process of changing Telstra services or have billing issues use Telstra chat or ring 132200 to check for any current genuine reasons or issues that Telstra would be ringing you Thank you
