MOST IMPORTANT TO INSIST THIS OCCURS AND MAY BE BEST TO GO ON THE 24/7 CHAT LINE TO SORT THIS OUT - request that Telstra bar premium SMS from your service to prevent these sorts of charges from being incurred in the future.This is what Optus did for me and it was the quickest problem solving moment in the history of the internet! And Optus credited the 3rd party charge to my account (which should occur as I had not authorised that they allow charges to be made to my mobile account) Good Luck
